Our Mission

India's Poshan Abhiyan (POSHAN Abhiyaan) was launched in 2018 with the goal of making India malnutrition-free. Our mission aligns with this national vision — to empower families with the knowledge and tools they need to identify and act on nutrition issues early.

We track three critical malnutrition indicators recognised by WHO and the Indian government:

📏
Stunting
Height-for-age — detects chronic malnutrition and poor long-term growth
⚖️
Underweight
Weight-for-age — overall indicator of child nutritional status
📉
Wasting
Weight-for-height — detects acute malnutrition needing immediate attention

Our Tools

We currently offer two free calculators on this platform:

👶
Poshan Tracker Calculator
WHO-based child growth assessment for stunting, wasting, and underweight — for children 0–18 years.
🏋️
1RM Calculator
One Rep Max Calculator using the Epley formula — for gym-goers and fitness enthusiasts tracking strength.
